Our services We have warranty of 1 year after installation, after 1 year, we could provide spare parts at basic cost. Due to it is international shipment and will be expensive to return the goods to our factory(even the fault rate is very low), you need to provide Videos, pictures and report if you found the turnstiles is defective(such as a scratch or a dent but still can work) or not working at all, we would also take videos, pictures as proof before delivery, in case any man made mistake during installation, we need to discuss certain percentage compensation or full refund (if it is our fault), or replace some new spare parts.
